Unfortunately due to Brexit, the pandemic and other factors, we have been seeing severe delays from the Royal Mail in regards to orders. If it has been longer than one month (UK orders) or two months (International orders) please contact us at our designated shipping email shipping@thefatzine.com and include your order number, address and any further information we may need to help.

If your order is returned back to us, we automatically will refund your order. This is for ease of our (one man) postage team.

Reasons your order may have been returned to us include an incorrect address or the order was not collected from the post office. Please make sure if reordering to keep the above in mind so you don’t miss out again <3
